Know exactly what you want. Be sure of everything you do. (Bring it in prayer)
Make concrete (God) plans. (A clear vision for what you are going to do !)
Have enough knowledge. (Natural knowledge, Spiritual Knowledge, Logos, Rhema.)
Have a deep desire for what you want to achieve. Talk to yourself and others about it and of course God.
Have a strong trust in God (as highest target, or goal) Also have trust in yourself and others.
Work with committed Christians.
Your motivation and dedication must be 100% love for God and His Work. (Love your neighbour 1 John 4:7-21)
Make 'calculation' if you want and can bring up the cost to do this plan and to bring it into existence. (Luke 14:28-35) Physically, Spiritually, Mentally, Financially.
Do not take too much on you. For example only handle what you think you can do for the moment. Try to expand your borders.
Encourage yourself and others and in other ministries. Receive wisdom in conferences.
Use materials and things to create the presence of Jesus in and around you.
Use the materials where the Holy Spirit can use you for His purpose.
